Done! I dyed the singles and then plied them together on Linda's spinning wheel. Very simple dye job... black cherry and grape Kool-Aid, dumped one on each side of the pot. there is a teeny bit of difference in the two, and it showed up when I plied them together.

See? Yarn! Now I just need to figure out what to knit with it. Not sure how many yards are there, but I'm sure it's not many. Maybe a simple hat. We'll see.
