Mother of four, grandmother of four, knitter, photographer, gamer, computer addict, zen atheist, godless liberal, all around annoying person. Married to my best friend in the whole world.
Currently unemployed, fighting with fibromyalgia, trying to get a teen with PDD-NOS/Asperger’s under control, and maintaining a house, a husband, and a boatload of pets. My knitting… well, it’s definitely hit and miss. I spend most of my spare time surfing the net, reading Facebook and Ravelry, and playing World of Warcraft. I meditate on a semi-regular basis… or at least try to.
I enjoy reading Science Fiction and Fantasy, listening to Classic Rock, playing video games on my computer, and watching educational TV.

- Apollo – Border Collie. Head dog of the house.
- Ares – Border Collie. Apollo’s littermate. Has serious self-esteem issues.
- Karma - Tuxedo Cat. She was the first pet, and thinks that she should still be the only one.
- Shiva - Himalayan mix. The spoiled brat of the house. He believes the world should bow down to him, and him alone.
- Alley Cat – Norwegian Forest Cat mix. The grand old dame. She is the benevolent overseer of everyone in the house, but you MUST follow the rules… or die.
- Ozzy – Manx/Siamese mix. The “kitten”. He loves everyone. Dogs, cats, people.
People:
- Kaessa – aka Andrea. Just me.
- Brian – My dear sweet husband. Not only does he put up with all my crap, he loves me dearly.
- William – My youngest son, 16. Challenges abound.
As you can see, the pets pretty much run the house. I’m in charge of the dogs, he’s in charge of the cats, and Alley Cat is in charge of us all.
