What I’ve been knitting.

Ok, let’s take a break from the food for a bit, and back to the knitting. As you can probably tell, I haven’t been knitting too much this week, but I have put in a little bit of time on my feather and fan facecloth. This is a very simple lace pattern, and I’m really enjoying it. I’m also enjoying working with the Elsebeth Lavold “Hempathy” yarn. What a lovely fabric it makes!

Feather and Fan Facecloth

The hemp is just slightly coarse, but still very soft and drapey. I think it will make a wonderful scrubby facecloth.
