It's the newest version of Zyrtec. I'm really liking it. Zyrtec pretty much puts me in a coma for half the day, but the Xyzal isn't doing that at all. From reading the package inserts, drowsiness *is* a side effect, but it's not very common (less than 2%). I'm not noticing it at all. I basically went to my doctor and said "I have four cats and two dogs. I'm not getting rid of them. What can I take that doesn't turn me into a zombie?" I'm liking it so far. :) @Carat:
