Well, the socks are going well. I have finished the toes, and am working on a rib pattern on the top of the sock. Pretty simple, just a K1, P1, K2, P1, K1, P2 rib on one, reversed to a P2, K1, P1, K2, P1, K1 rib on the other sock. I didn’t want just a simple rib, but I didn’t want anything complicated either. This one will be different enough to keep me entertained and awake while I’m knitting. I want to credit the idea to Shelby on shelby knits. Thanks for the inspiration!
Probably not going to do any knitting tonight… my dear sweet husband listened to my whining about needing to get out of the house this evening, and took me to dinner at our local microbrewery. In other words, I’ve had a few too many beers to knit this evening, and I think I will spend the rest of the evening surfing the net and just relaxing. I know better than to try to knit after having a few drinks… I’ll just have to fix it all tomorrow if I try. ;)
