It must be nice…

I just had to post this picture. This is one of my four cats, Shiva. Shiva is 20 pounds of pure spoiled brat… but man does that cat know how to get comfortable.

In knitting news, last night I finally started my husband’s sweater. This will be my very first sweater, so wish me luck. I chose the Leo Sweater from Knitty, mostly because the yarn fits the gauge, and he likes the pattern. It should look nice on him, if I do it right. I’m a bit frightened by the whole process, but I figure I can always ask for help if I get stuck.

I’m using Knit Picks Wool of the Andes in Onyx Heather. As you can see, I’ve managed to at least cast on and get the pattern established. Seventeen more inches to go and I can start shaping the armholes!

Crap.. this is going to take forever.

Boy, that cat sure looks comfy! I find out want to reach out and rub his soft-looking tummy.

Your lay-out looks very crisp, clean and professional to me! I like it!

    Thank you!

Shiva is the master of comfort. Anywhere he lays down looks like the most comfortable place in the house. I get so jealous.
