More snow! Well, I’m feeling better, just in time to welcome some more snow. Only about an inch today, so maybe the roads will clear so I don’t slide all over the place.
Headed off to the LYS to knit and chat.. got a bit more done on Jonathan’s Big Bad Baby Blanket. I really like that pattern, it makes a beautiful thick cloth. Squishy! Almost halfway done now. I really like the yarn I’m making it with (Berroco Comfort), it’s SO soft. Washable, too!
Bleh.. think I have the flu. Upset stomach, achy joints, headache. I wish I could knit laying down in bed. Suggestions are welcome. 
At least a foot of it, with more on the way. Guess I won’t be going to the LYS to knit today. I think I’ll pick up my Irish Hiking Scarf and work on it for a while. Good time to do it when the dogs are sleeping off their morning run in the snow.
This is not a difficult pattern, but you do need to pay attention. My first attempt at cables, and I think it’s going pretty well. Cables are a LOT easier than they look!

eine, but a big mug of peppermint tea later and I’m ready to get moving. Project for the day.. hmmm…
I think I’ll work on Jonathan’s “Big Bad Baby Blanket”. I’d love to get this finished for the next time we go visit. It’s going pretty quickly, I’m already about 25% done with it.

Too many projects to work on today, headed for the Friday “Stitch and Bitch” at my local yarn shop. Big Bad Baby Blanket? Irish Hiking Scarf? A new baby hat? I need to pick something.
